For bespoke sofas, armchairs or footstools with an eco conscience, Planted Furniture in Cheltenham was created by husband and wife team, Daisy and Toby, out of a shared passion to change the way we approach sustainability in the home. Their story has roots in craftsmanship, Toby trained as a cabinet maker and Daisy was a technical chandelier designer and they bring their expertise to every piece that is made.

Toby spent over a decade in the upholstery business and creates furniture using traditional techniques and skills from scratch. Each piece is built to last and contains natural materials in place of man-made synthetics. Planted believe it’s best to use traditional, time-tested manufacturing principles and incorporate natural, breathable materials whenever possible.

The collection of furniture, while appearing small, accommodates to everyone’s tastes and personal preferences. Each piece has an individual design and then when you dive into the bespoke elements of such as fabric and legs, you can create something that works just for you.
